Reduce front wheel ailment took over 4 hrs. When I arrived there was no appt. for me. They had to squeeze me in. I called 3 days prior and service personnel. Told me 800am well my truck sat there for over a hour before it went I. The back. If there was no appt. for me I would gladly came back without me sitting there

When I purchased my “CERTIFIED” Pre-owned vehicle, I was told that as long as I owned the vehicle, I would receive free oil and lube services. I have taken in this vehicle multiple times and have always received the service free of charge. Now I am paying for what I was guaranteed when I purchased it. I’ve had multiple complaints with the service also in the past about plugs and other things being left unfastened after the service. Overall throughout my time taking my vehicle in for -just- preventive maintenance, it’s been unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend anyone taking in their vehicle for service at Fisher Chevrolet in Yuma, Arizona.

By far the worst service we have ever had! Fisher Chevrolet did NOT repair our truck. We took it to another dealership in Phoenix area to get the job done right without being lied to and treated so poorly. We will never step foot into Fisher Chevrolet again for anything!!

Marty was terrific. We were scheduled to go to Mexico on Saturday and you were able to do everything on Friday. Thanks to Fisher we were able to leave on schedule.
