The only thing I would do different if I were at the service desk I would explain to customers that it could be a wait but someone will come to you. The person was very short and kind of rude.

My only complaint is the front wheel alignment should never have gotten so bad if the techie had done the job right at the 24,000 mi service.
I had appointment 1 PM at 2 o’clock my car was still in the same spot I Parkette and then 3 o’clock my car is finished and then was noise inside the car and from the fan AC fan they took the car again to the shop it’s another 30 minutes and then back I stay at the dealership for oil change three hours and 35 minutes OK honey
