I received my vehicle with the rim paint faded. I was very upset. Very unprofessional work. I can’t begin to even believe that my rim was damaged while under Chevrolet care. This is very concerning to me. I’m not even sure I trust my car to the Chevrolet service department anymore. This issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
Heinz is always very courteous and professional. I have been helped by other service representatives there and he is by far the best one to work with.

Heinz Pletsch in my opinion is a very excellent service personnel . He approached me as soon as I drove up too the service lanes, and asked how he could help me with any problem I had. And Mr Pletsch show interest and concern in my issue . Made me feel very important and comfortable by his professionalism. He does represent The Best in Fishers Car Dealership employee. My air filter was dirty and I like to do that myself. When I went to replace it looked exactly like you showed it to me. I would think that as a valued customer you would have at least blew it off so it wasn’t so bad. That’s just common courtesy or good customer service. I probably will not return our vehicles they for service again. It only takes one bad experience to ruin a reputation.
