Was told I needed to replace my ac and engine filter but was not told labor was included when it doesn’t make sense since they had the filters off already to show them to me so why would I be charged labor. Very displeased will not have any work done here. Only the free oil change.

This is horrible service. I left my car all day and it never got the oil change it needed. I received a text at 4:22 pm that my car was ready for pick up. When I went to the agency to go for it, I was told no one told me it was ready. I left furious and unsatisfied. I had to get my oil change some place else and pay 88$. I have bought multiple cars from this place and the level of service has made me very disappointed. This isn’t the first time I have had an issue getting a simple oil change. Unorganized and bad service.
I got charged 276.65 dollars for a sun visor, I couldn't be more not happy. I am getting ready to buy a new car, if something doesn't get done about this ridiculous bill you will lose this customer for good.
