Really only one besides being pretty pricy, but thats the dealership way. When someone calls with a recall and you tell them to bring it in, maybe see what the recall is and see if you have the parts. I dropped my vehicle off for warranty work as well as other repair items. Recall Parts had to be ordered, big pain in my **** to do that a second time. Carlos was polite, professional (even when I was not), so definately give him credit for that. Outside of that my thoughts and experience with Carlos was excellent.

Levi was awesome!!!! I had to bring my 3 kids with me and he got us in and out in record time. He also came to my car as soon as I got there to see what I needed. He kept me well informed. Definitely the best service I have gotten since going to Fisher.

Carlos Ibarra is a true professional. He took great care of us on a recurring issue with our 2015 Chevy Cruz. He kept us updated and informed over the duration of troubleshooting and maintenance performed on our vehicle. Customer service such as his is what keeps me a loyal Chevy customer.
