I was totally satisfied and impressed with Roberts professionalism and willingness to fit me in for an oil change even though I showed up without an appointment. However, he explained that he could only get me in if a scheduled appt did not show up, and that is exactly what happened. I lucked out was taken care of. I mean Robert could have taken the easy way out and said "sorry we're all booked up" but he didn't.

When I picked up my vehicle I was experiencing the same problem that I turned it in for even the driver who dropped off my vehicle to me was experiencing the same issue in fact he was locked inside my vehicle because my vehicle was still powered on even know he had my key in hand my ignition was not turning off the switch is not working and that's what I turned in for because GM has a recall however the technicians down there are not familiar with the issues that the failed ignition switch or presenting I am a vehicle test driver for Kett engineering we are hired by GM to test these vehicles I know what this vehicle is doing I know how it is malfunctioning this vehicle needs to be repaired and it was not fixed
