Mr. Pletsch is an asset to your dealership. However, Im not satisfied with the diagnostics of the extent of repairs on a 2008 Chevy Silverado that have been recommended. The young ladies at the oil change desk were great customer service representatives. They were able to talk to customers without appointments and work them into the schedule.
