When I came in for my appointment on 12/13. I had concerns that my appointment would be delayed. Tiana assured me that my appointment would be on time. She delivered on her promise. I was told again that the fuel Induction system required cleaning, and I had that done in San Diego in August. The filters cabin and air filters were replaced at the same time.,and they recommended they be replaced again! I replaced them myself to save money of which I saved a bunch and put in premium filters to boot. The induction system was cleaned by a certified GM mechanic. I don’t understand why these issues keep coming up.i tell your service rep. Each time I come in for oil changes.
Alfredo is always very helpful. He keeps me informed of the vehicles progress throughout. I own 3 GM vehicles and he is the service manager on all 3. I would have it no other way.
I do notexpect to have to dealwith a salesman in the service department. I expect to be able to trust the service adviser. Not the case here!
