When I made the apt online I stated ilthe truck needed service as well and when I went to the apt the service couldn’t be done that day. They were very kind and made an apt but I was expecting everything to be done because when I made the apt online it specifically asked for other issues

A few things I find frustrating and it starts with the my Chevy app. It’s been twice now that I’ve gone on my app to make an appointment and have been emailed shortly after or called saying that my appointment wasn’t available. I ask why are you guys on the same page with the app. Also the hole new car oil change thing I was promised by GM 5 oil changes and then I go to check out and I was tol by your staff no it’s only 2 okay I get it I didn’t buy the car here however I’m sure GM pays you for the service. But now I don’t feel welcomed back and rather drive to Phoenix just so I don’t have to deal with broken promises. One last thing why so over priced. I got new emblems for my Chevy and was quoted 50 bucks to bring it to Phoenix but y’all wanted almost 250 and thus why I chose to go out of town it’s almost like you don’t even want my business.
