Alfredo was extremely courteous and kind. He answered all my questions. Alfredo left early and Levi was to contact me regarding my truck. He never contacted me so my truck ended up staying over night at the dealer. Alfredo was apologetic and kind in the morning. It just would have been helpful to know if they needed to keep my truck over night. A phone call or text letting me know would have been helpful as I had to get alternate means of transportation and it was difficult because i have a daughter and her car seat was in my truck. Again, I was very happy with Alfredo. I believe the person who was supposed to call me didn’t and that’s what created a difficult situation for me.

I did not have an appointment when I went in. However, I was treated politely and they worked my car in much sooner that I thought possible. For that, I am grateful. So kudos to all the personnel. Tiana Armenta did an excellent job describing what she thought was wrong with my car. Her energy was like no other, and I was really surprised how fast she were able to take care of a lost customer. I highly recommend Tiana next time when I'm looking to have my car serviced again.

Tiana I always provides outstanding customer service! She always remembers me and addresses me by name. She even remembered my out of state phone number. Her attention to detail and personalized service is amazing. She cares about her customers. She got my car in for an oil change right away. She had it all ready to go within a short amount of time. She is the most helpful and friendly staff member at Fisher.

From the moment I stepped into the building he had a very welcoming attitude. He was quick to take information on the vehicle informed me of existing issues before my car went through the auto butler process. Once completed the car received the scheduled oil change. I was informed immediately when the vehicle was ready for pick up. When I picked up my vehicle he went over what was done and I signed paperwork and left. He was very helpful and courteous. I was pleased with the service I received.

The car had greasy fingerprints on both fenders and the hood.(haven't checked under the hood) there was something splattered on the windshield(?) And the steering wheel was scuffed like it was rubbed on something.
