The rep Julie was fine and treated me nicely. But I was very disappointed in the fact that I was charged for service that I did not request. I felt as though I was being belittled because at the time of my payment I was asked to pay an amount that was $50 more than I was originally quoted. Julie was very helpful and took care of the balance. This is the second time that this is happened to me at your facility. I am unsure as to why this continues to happen when I come to Michael Jordan Nissan for service but it is unacceptable.

All good, except I did have to mention 3
times about the orange indicator light on the left
front fender. It's the small light that comes on when you start the car
remotely. It was burned out! I went back inside
and Alice handled it, since Julie was either on break
or at lunch! The mechanic came out and I showed him the light and it was
in fact out! He removed/replaced it
outside & that solved the issue! Not really complaining
But perhaps Julie did not understand which light I was
referring to.!
I was a little dissatisfied with the length of time I stayed for an oil change (9:10 -11:00) I was told at the service completion that they had done some other things, however I was able to observe my car sitting idle for a long period of time. I also questioned why they were working inside my car when I had asked only for an oil change.

than $500. Service has become so expensive.

Service took twice as long as estimated even with an appointment. If service department had advised of the delay, I could have left and done something else on my list instead of wasting two and a half hours of a very busy day.
