I received an automated text message at 11am yesterday stating that my service was progressing well when in fact the service hadn't even started. My appointment was at 8:30am so I was thinking the work would be completed by 10:30am. It wasn't ready until 4:50pm. I called several times during the day and did not get an accurate response as to what was going on with my vehicle. Steve did eventually call and gave me the straight story and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up today.
When I made the appt the CSR did not realize i needed 15k work. I was there a lot lo ger thsn okl change and tire roatation i did notunderstand what service package I bought when I bought my car and thought I had prepaid for all maintenance not just oil and tires. Finally, no one explained what was done to my car, just gave me a bill. Car smelled like chemicals inside when I picked it up.

I asked for a tire rotation but didn't receive it & my tire maintenance indicator was reset to go off in 5000 miles.
I was told it could be done while I waited but didn't have time for that which is why I dropped it off for service so I didn't have to wait.
I wasn't feeling very well today and Mr. Minor was very empathetic and courteous to my well being which meant a great deal. He exercised great judgement after actively listening in our brief conversation and suggested a plan of action that I could afford monetary and time wise.
