The only comment I would make in regard to this experience was the duration of time the process took. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed the estimated time of service because I was bringing 3 children with me. I was quoted a time frame of 45-minutes to 1-hour when I set the appointment up. In reality, the appointment took closer to 2-hours. And while I did ask them to look at two additional, small items while there...so also know that my vehicle sat outside of the first point of service bay for over 30-minutes after my arrival. Otherwise, everything was excellent!
