130 charge for diagnosing audio problem should provide more info than "could be subwoofer, could be stereo - we recommend replacing both." Especially when the quote to do that is 3300. Would have also appreciated if trunk roof cover was put back in place properly.

Mark went above and beyond when it came to taking care of of the issues with my nissan rogue. I was traveling out of state, and needed my AC fixed before traveling 500 miles home. Not only did he provide prompt and thorough service he was very accommodating and generous! Thank You!!!!
