Scott did an amazing job. I'll be honest, MJN has let me down in the past with the service department, like waiting 3 hours for routine maintenance and my car wasn't even touched. But Scott alone redeemed the service department by being polite and honest. He even paid for my key fob battery himself when he forgot to put it on service order. As a manager in the customer service industry myself, little things go a long way to making sure people are taken care of. Promote Scott and you will for sure run a good business!! Thank you Scott!!!

I had sn apoointment for an oil change. I was there for an hour and a half. RIDICULOUS!! It took too long. Probsbly wont return.
I have a hard time with the fact that a brand new car needed a new catalytic converter. That being said, scott did an excellent job handling this but still am not happy that this had to be done. This is a Nissan and I would never expect the top of the line of cars would have an issue like this. I would expect this from ford or Chevy or Chrysler. I really hope going forward that I have no more issues.
Alice is always professional and friendly. She kept me informed of the progress on my car.
