I brought my car in for a tire rotation and oil change also to look at my side mirror camera because it keeps graying out. I made an appointment several days before and when I dropped my car off today I was told that my side mirror wouldn't be done because they were short techs. Also they tried to sell me a brake line flush and air filter change. Said no thank you just the oil change and tire rotation. About 20 mins later received a call about changing my air filter because it was super dirty. I already told them no when I dropped it off and was basically put into a position to say yes.
