total confusion with everybody I dealt with from the time I checked in till I left which was two hours later Witnessed Tech through viewing window in waiting room spend less than 10 minutes checking to see what engine light code was Then waited 1.5 hours to find out van needed a catalytic converter which was not in stock Received call from Michael Jordan employee ( while in waiting room even though I had told the employee that checked me in I would wait for van) at which time I requested that when part comes in please call me so I could arrange appt After a week and a half still have not received call that part has arrived Very bad experience

Mr.Burke was fantastic!! He was able to assist me quickly and was kind enough to give me a call when my car was finished being serviced. I also appreciate that he took the time to explain the problem to me and what was done to fix it. Great job!

I brought my car in for 2 things. 1. Inspection ??2. Something loose on the bottom of the car. I told the girl that checked my car in & I again reminded Mike after he reviewed the items found on my 27 point inspection. It took longer than I expected so when they told me my car was ready I paid & left & immediately driving down the road it was evident they neglected fixing the loose piece on the bottom of my car & so it still hangs there. Very disappointing to mention it 2 times & nothing is done!
