Road Hazard warranty is understandable to be prorated, but not by HALF just because I'm in the second year. And I NEVER had to pay for mounting and balancing on a Road Hazard replacement anywhere else except here. So no, sorry, not satisfied.

I would like to have been told that a new motor was not a new motor but just a remanufactured bottom end. Its my car and I deserve to know what is going to be done to it. I realize Kia makes the decision but I should have been told. ????
