Andy Wilson is among the very best, he is very tentative, explains fully your vechicle service needs, he always goes beyond, his performance and service to the customer is outstanding, give him a pay raise.

I was charged $89 when no problem was located. When I pay for my warranty every month, I didn't expect to be charged. It was explained to me that I would be charged $89 if what caused the problem was due to damage, or I wouldn't be charged if it was covered under warranty due to a defect. I've been to other mechanics who don't charge if they don't find anything they can fix. I only went to Valley Hi because of my warranty. The customer service was great though. Brenda and the tech that helped me were friendly and knowledgeable. I would just suggest mentioning this to future customers to avoid any misunderstanding, like what I had. Thank you for your time.

Was charged $93 dollars for a belt that costed $25 dollars tops. Brought own part that I got from a store that is specifically for my make and model and was told that it wouldn’t fit so that’s why they charged me for a new one. Over priced as it is, it wasn’t as bad as my initial estimate for $3,500 dollars for a tuneup, two new tires, a new key fob, liquid change, and a new wind shield. Ended up cancelling first order and going for just an ac belt replacement which was still far overpriced. Had set an appointment for my car but it took 24 hours to get a 40 minute job down. Should’ve just done it myself and gotten greasy. Felt like I was robbed. The person tried to charge for almost as much as my car is worth in the first place. From reviews I can tell that this is a common problem with this location and I shouldn’t have been surprised. These people are crooks who want to fill their pockets instead of caring about customer satisfaction. I know nothing will come of this though besides my loss of business which really doesn’t matter to such a large company. I just wanted to say my piece since it asked. Thank you.
