I want to start by saying I had a terrible experience with this Kia location in Victorville and I when I went in today I really didn’t think I would get great service and expected this to be painful as the last visit well I was totally wrong not only did mr Andy provide great care service he was so professional making sure exactly what I need not quickly to take Advantage and ripping me off scamming money that isn’t Necessary he was real quick on my vehicle I felt like he went beyond what the previous Kia Associates not only did he made me my previous experience so forgetful not only am I’m happy but I felt that because he was so trustworthy I would totally go back and he was one of my best experience of 2020 with this being crazy he was just thoughtful and caring without a doubt I seriously would Recommend anybody with a Kia to go with this man Andy Patterson i had such a different out look on this Kia location just because of Andy customer service shows he a great person to work for Kia and I’m so happy I got to have him to be my tech on my vehicle I still have a smile great service great man ! Thank you Andy
