I’m just going to say I am very glad that my vehicle is out of your service department. Not only do phones not get answered your staff gives misinformation to warranty companies waiting to tow vehicles out of there. Other then text correspondence with Brenda I had no other interaction with her because she input my email address incorrect. I would not recommend your service department not sales department to anyone in the high desert. And I am all about keeping our money locally. It’s a shame I am forced to do business down the hill.
