Everyone, specifically David and Jason, were extremely professional, courteous, and knew their job. I have had poor experiences with service centers in the HD, but this Kia's service staff far exceeded my expectations. Thank you all and please continue your standard of work ethic and amiable ways.

There was a gentleman by the name of Michael who checked in all 8 cars eating in line did a great job and then took us home in the shuttle van very impressed with his customer service he should get some recognition also!

I was supposed to get my car washed and it wasn't done. I didn't notice until I got home. On my paperwork it said it was done but it wasn't. Very unsatisfied.

Andy Wilson has always given me great Customer service. If he not sure he ask The guy that works on the car to further Explain what they do and this is what he Did on Saturday. I also like that he is Honest with me.
