Wasn't actually serviced. I called about my spare tire kit that I'm still waiting on. I bought the car 3 weeks ago. I was told that according to the computer, they put the spare tire kit in my car when I got serviced for a Check Engine Light last week. That wasn't true. I still haven't got it. Got a call later today to say they have my spare tire kit, can pick it up tomorrow. If they have it for me tomorrow, I'll be satisfied.
We Didn't like the fact that Valley Hi - Kia initially was Gong-Ho getting us in for our vehicle to be service, etc ( even provided "drop-off service" to the car rental place However.. That DIDN'T apply on return of rental vehicle of which your rules stated that the rental vehicle must be turned in 1st and you guy's Didn't bother to have us shuttled back to Valley high Kia ) So.. We had to WALK back??? to Valley Hi-Kia to pick up our POV or "Privately Owned Vehicle" Kia Soul.plus.. Things would been more streamline and less of a Hassle! ( less time consuming etc. ) if you would of have on hand or stocked the parts our vehicle required! However.. We were Extremely Satisfied with Stacey Keene 's (customer service) or willingness to work with us ( unlike some of your representatives) She's what's Customer service is ALL about and if you had to look up "Customer Service" in a dictionary... You should see Stacey Keene's picture there too!

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix the drivers side head lamp that had gone out. Picked up my car and was assured everything was done only to find later that night when I go to turn on my headlights to drive home (more than 30 minutes away) drivers side light is still out. Took the car back the next day to get it fixed again only to be told it will now take several days to fix the headlight.... I was told that they are aware of this problem with the 2014 models and that it is very common. My question is why was this not checked during my original service? Even with the courtesy rental car it is terribly inconvenient not to have my car for days and the rental car (from Enterprise) is sub par, the interior of the car smells of sick after only driving it around for a few hours.

The girl was really nice that I dealt with. It took them over 10 mins to come talk to me when I first got there. It wasn't Stacy at first but then the guys sent me into her office and she was great!
Stacey was extremely pleasant. She was pro active in meeting my cars needs. I appreciate her assistance as she made it seem I was her only customer at that moment. Excellent quality customer service.
