Andy was great! Very personable. Took care of my needs to my satisfaction. I had already washed my car, but he offered to wash it anytime I was back in town. I left a happy customer.

I felt she did an outstanding job taking care of my needs, from the day I spoke to her over the phone to set up my appointment, to when I got out of my forte to have my oil changed & tires rotated. The politeness & courtesy she not only showed me, but the others she also had to deal with while taking care of my needs, showed me she actually cared about her customers & co-workers. Now, I would prefer to deal with only her whenever I need both my 2012 forte & my 2016 forte to be serviced. Thank you. Ernie G
