All the guys there and young lady in the service department are extremely friendly and helpful and ready to work as a team when the other service member is occupied. Both Andys are awesome and David is professional as always..they all are.
I came in at my appointment, they promptly fill the paper work order they took me home and in about a hour and half they pick me up and my car was ready

Every time I have taken my Kia there to get the oil changed it has taken 2.5 hours. I don't understand why it takes that long. They were suppose to replace the chrome trim on my rear doors as well and that wasn't even done during those 2.5 hours. Apparently the trim ordered for my car was put on another car yesterday so now they had to reorder the trim and I have to come back yet again and waste another hour of my time. And all of this WITH an appointment. I couldn't imagine how long it would take if I just drove in and wanted one. I'm very unsatisfied with my service experiences at Kia.
Never buying a Kia again in my life nor will I ever be taking my car to Valley-Hi Kia ever again. Two times I've taken my car in and two times I've been jerked around by your associates. very unprofessional. I am very displeased. I am being 100% honest when I say I'm never buying another KIA. Thanks for nothing.

This was obviously a sudden unexpected and frustrating issue involved with my Optima, however, I'm glad it happened at the time and location it did prompting me to have my optima towed to Valley Hi Kia where I was fortunate enough to have Stacey as my service advisor. She made a very frustrating situation as pleasant as can be. Stacey was very professional, compassionate and responsive to every question and call. She initiated frequent contact with us regarding the status of our car and responded immediately to every question and call. I have owned and dealt with numerous car dealerships in my life and Stacey has been by far the the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Stacey for your patience and kindness.
