We had an 8:15am appointment. We were at least 10 minutes. One of the employees walked past my vehicle in line and assisted the car behind mine.
That was not appreciated. It appeared the Kia employee took another customer who was in line behind me and took them ahead of my vehicle.
I sincerly hope I do not have this experience the next time we bring our vehicle for service.

I had an issues, left 2 messages for the service manager and yet to hear from him!
Well I had to call myself to find out status on my car to find out status on my vehicle also had an oil and transmission change and the quality checkpoint list on the car which they never did cause I still have a break light out and it never got inspected and it never got washed
My light is still not working in my car and start flickering that's why I'm not satisfied but the other part with the engine partner oil that's fine
the lady was super helpful and she keep me updated on the service which I appreciate
