Very nice and listened to not only what I needed but he was helping the people in front of me and was very personable which you don’t see every often and kept me informed what is going on with my car.

Mr. Enriquez was very knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions and concerns. Not only was he friendly but maintained professionalism throughout my visit. It was a busy day at Kia and he had no issue multitasking and making sure everyone was taken care of to the best of his ability. Will definitely like to deal with Mr. Enriquez again.

He is slowly getting dementia. And he needs to prove that he could take care of this. So according to him he got great service.

I was treated with the utmost disrespect. After our vehicle is complete I will never do any type of business with high desert Kia. Absolutely heartless service. I have purchased five cars there over the years and our next car will be elsewhere. I have contacted the department of consumer affairs and next I will contact your corporate offices.

Everything was great till the end the car wash was terrible!!!!
I wasn’t able to pick up my vehicle before service closed so i payed for my service online andI was informed my keys would be left with the sales team. Once I arrived I located my vehicle and I opened the door. I found plastic on the seats, a magnet on the window trim, papers on the floor, and a service tag in the review mirror. Which I had to remove my self. Also the mileage wasn’t reset so it still says my service is due. I’m unsure if my oil change was even done. I tried calling but got a third party for the service department. I haven’t made it in yet due to my work schedule but hoping someone calls me back regarding my vehicle.
