Thank you for yours and Kia's concerns on my vehicle and its issue which was a concern to me . Didn't expect the findings that were told to me but glad it was resolved . It was tough not having a car for the first 6 days and having to ask for rides to and from work and run misc errands , but valley hi Kia was able to provide me with a loaner once it was approved. Also the detailer ( Juan) of my vehicle did an outstanding job of cleaning and detailing it and most of all he and the service advisors that dealt with me were very courteous and , kind and cared about customer service .

I had a wonderful experience at Valley Hi Kia. I did not buy my Kia Forte at this Kia location, but they were still happy to help me and go above and beyond with their service. Not only did they help fix the problem I went in for, but they also performed services that were needed and even washed the outside of my vehicle. Andy and the rest of the service staff were kind and extremely helpful.

I had to wait 2 hours for a oil change. After the first hour they called me up to pay. The cashier was direct but not Friendly at all. Short and with no eye contact and turned her back to me while she talked then got upset when I said , “what”? She told me my car was being washed and someone would come get in a few minutes. I waited another 50 minuets then went back up to her window and asked if she knew when my car would be done and she said “what’s your name?” I told her then ,she said have you spoke to your service guy? I said no you said someone Would come talk to me and she got upset and loudly now so I could hear her .”I never told you that, you need to see your service rep”. So I Went outside to get David and told him my car had been sitting here and showed showed him I had paid. He was embarrassed no one had come to get me. David rushed to get Stacy to give me my keys. Stacy said she had just gotten the paperwork. I told her that was odd because I paid an hour earlier. David apologized as did Stacy. I just feel for a simply oi Change with an appointment two hours is much too long to wait. Being treated rudely is NEVER allow! I just feel everyone could have been more on top of their game.

Stacey was awesome she gave me a time frame of when my car was going to be done when Inasked questions she responded Anyttime I need a oil change or service on my car I hope she is available
