He explained everything as is we got more knowledge about the problem on the car. He helped us understand why the car was acting it's way as of now the car has been running good it's only been a day but it didn't jerk. Why is it every time I come in for service for my new vehicle you guys always recommend something needs to be done to my vehicle! Then try to charge an arm and a leg for service that really doesn’t need to be done! Also I think that it’s very annoying to always be bothered to give your employees 5 stars when really I’m never even offered a seat or coffee.
My experience with Valley Hi Kia has always been excellent. The service department is professional and helpful.
I honestly felt comfortable talking with William. He was extremely professional and I whole heartedly respect that.
