Stacy has been great and is a good representative for this company. I asked for a diagnostic on some troubles I was having with my Kia spectra. After the diagnostics I gave the go-ahead to fix certain things about the car. after I paid and drove back home I noticed a problem that did not exist prior to me giving my car to the service department. I've called Stacy and she has assured me that the issue will be fixed if I take the vehicle back to the Kia dealership the next day. I intend on doing so. Stacy has done nothing wrong the issue stems from the mechanic not doing thorough checks before releasing the vehicle.
Andy is another stellar advisor I've had the pleasure to work with. With him, Stacy and Brenda I've always felt extremely well taken care of. Additionally, best mechanics. Both me and my mother-in-law bring our vehicles to you and never had a problem and never sold anything we didn't actually need. Thanks for the integrity and great customer service.
