The customer service was good but the time they said it would be ready went long after it actually was. I had to call to see. In at 8:10am said would be ready around 1:30pm. I waited til 3:30, then called to see when they would have ready. It was for a recall & it was kept for the whole day. Then they told me about other costly repairs that need to be done when I called & repeated it when I came to pick up the vehicle. I declined the diagnostics because I was told about most of them & they said it would cost me $159.99 for diagnostics when I brought the vehicle in.

Staff was great. Still think kia should provide loaner cars especially if the recall work is going to take 4 hrs. I dont know how to use uber nor do I want to.

The process was dragging. I was out of a car for 2 weeks. No common courtesy was offered. Things that was said changed drastically. Also there are some screws still missing from the finder liner.
