Salesman Frankie had told me that the service date was on Wed. 6/13. When I arrived there was no service date scheduled. Service accommodated me and the 3 issues I had with the Sorento with the popping noise. Determined to be a loosely installed tail light spoiler. Car was half washed and looked mediocre. Was not very pleased.
