With all the work needed got in and out in under 2 hours. Professional as always. Do have 1 complaint about Kia in general. It is absolutely unnecessary to send so many reminders about an upcoming appointment. I received 2 texts and 2 emails before 10 am yesterday and also had another over the weekend. I know there are many people who do not take responsibility for showing up, forgetting, etc. I personally never need reminders and actually find it an insult to be reminded over and over. I sincerely hope you change this reminder policy - The way it is now is ridiculous.

My car is only 3 weeks old and there was a problem with the air bag safety light. I had to find a ride home... when I have always been offered a loaner car from other dealerships. This was an inconvenience for me.
