It is almost impossible to talk with someone on the phone. You have a text message system, but when I had questions I had to leave a message more than once. My service guy, Andy Wilson was on top of taking care of me and I don’t have any complaints regarding his performance... but you need to hire more workers in the service department in my opinion.

Person didn’t tell me that the service department closes at 3pm on Saturday. Arrived at 3:30 to get my car and now I have to stuck without it for 2 days thanks a lot

Yes! I was very satisfied with your team at Victorville Kia. Brenda was very pleasant with a great smile. I had my oil changed and they even washed my car! My husband was with me, he has a Dodge truck. He said hey dodge maintenance didn’t wash my truck. I said you should have bought a Kia LOL.. Thanks for your awesome service!????
