I was very pleased with the helpful employees when I was told the employee who scheduled my appointment two days ago was no longer employed there. I didn't know what I was supposed to do, where I was supposed to check in, and I was a bit apprehensive about being there without knowing anyone nor having talked to anyone. Everyone I talked to was helpful & pleasant. Those who were "chosen" to work with me were knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Kia!
