William was great, he kept us informed and explained everything. He explain and the the new programs Kia for help with finance...Love the texts you get and able to pay without having to go to cashier was awesome. Loved the whole new Kia experience and the new location.
My service rep was terrific explaining what they needed to do with our Optima. Unfortunately the dealership needed to order a part which means I had to leave the car. He offered a rental if I needed it which I didn’t. They got the part the next day and had the car finished by 4:00 pm. Very pleased with the results.
