It took 2/12 hours to get are car service . My car was done in 20 minutes and sat there for two hours.
Everybody there was wonderful and was very apologetic but it took 2.5 hours for my service. That’s absolutely insane. I was very patient. Never asked them to hurry, but that is crazy for an oil change
We were told the oil change would take about two hours. We walked to Costco and then to have lunch. Came back 2 1/4 hours later, no one was at the desk but we spoke with someone about being here for our car, they told us they would let William know. We sat in the lobby another 45 minutes I went back to the desk again and asked about my car again William was still not around and I just happen to look at the board and saw my keys were there and inquired about them they said oh yeah your car is done. Meanwhile we're watching service people congregate around the counter just talking this whole 45 minutes it was just unacceptable service. It's really sad KIA is great when they want to sell you something but not so great on service.
Happy William took me in at the last minute as a drive up with no appointment. Glad he provided me with information on service my car need. You William job well done

Absolutely great team! Especially with me when it’s hard to administrate my time. I come on by and drop off my car to do an oil change and they take care of me all the time. I’m great full for their service.
