Job well done in a timely manner.

When I was scheduling this appointment I wa stole they needed my car the whole day. I could not just come after work. I then had people reschedule their lives because I could not have a car for a whole day. Three people reschedule d Their routines to accommodate me and Valky Hi Kia. I drop my care off today the day before the full day required. Made arrangements to be picked Jed up. One hour after I dropped my car off. I received a call from Kia saying my car was done with the car. If I was told the truth I would not have to bother so many people just to have a safety recall taken care of and software update. Of course I am happy that the service is over but left wondering how come a job that was going to take a full day took less then an hour. I hope the work was truly done. I have Aplogized to family and friends who were willing to help me out. Just seems every time I use Valley Hi Kia there is some scheduling issue. Just some FYI I never spoke with or saw Andy today. I only spoke to him on the phone to schedule my full day appointment.

Stacy was very friendly and kept me updated about the progress of my vehicle. Totally satisfied. ?

Stacey was busy when I came in but she did greet me right away and said she would be right with me. Within a minute she introduced herself and ask my reason for visit. I was offered a shuttle services which I did request to be pick up my vehicle 3:30. Shuttle driver was prompt and friendly At time of picking up my vehicle Stacey assisted me and was very thorough regarding my paperwork/ recommendations. Very pleased with my visit.

Only one problem when you wash my car I would like to get my rims and tires washed also.

They looked for every possible issue and put in additional effort to fix my vehicle. Their communication was amazing as well and I was easily able to get a status update whenever I wanted.

Everybody was wonderful and kind. The car runs beautifully. There needs to be better communication with the customer on the status of their vehicle. I feel like if I don't go up to check on the status, I would end up sitting there for hours. I also declined a car wash because many times it just sits in the car wash bay after it's serviced and adds on another half and hour plus.

Stacey has always been too notch!! Very attentive and responsive to all my needs. She is an asset!!
