Yes the service department guy who answered the phone on 12/27/18 was very rude on the phone and was brushing me off and didn’t allow me to ask questions about my car. I always go there and is very happy but today I couldn’t believe how rude he was with my. I have a 2018 KiA and my name is Raquel.
