This was a follow up to my oil change due to a leak caused by the technician and the explanation of residual oil was a coverup for shoddy work. A truthful explanation would have been a better route, however, the problem seems to resolved and I'm happy with that.

My foremost concern is that the In/Out mileage reflected that 27 miles were put on my car for what was mostly fluid changing and cleaning maintenance; that really seems excessive and unnecessary. Additionally, the car was crookedly parked in a line of other vehicles and I maneuvered it out to leave the lot. When the door was opened the plastic seat cover was balled up on the seat. The car was not washed as the wash was "broken" and the courtesy reminder sticker for the next oil change mileage was not provided. In all, I feel like the quality service experience I came to expect at the old location has dropped off at the new location.

The vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. The customer lounge was very comfortable and the hot beverage selection was great.
