Stacey was great. Other people at the service counter were rude. You should hire other people that actually want to help the public. I will do everything possible to not take my car the Valley Hi Kia. Besides Stacey being great the other staff was rude as ****

Our car was serviced bad. Not vacuumed as requested. Not washed ,but was raining. Are car makes a noise loose part. Or not done correctly. Are car is new. Tire right side. Hope oil was done correctly. Not happy at all.

Service advisor Andy was great. I only had one issue with the technician's recommendation of replacing air and cabin filters. Specially because I just replaced them myself 2-3 months ago. This makes it difficult to take other service recommendation seriously. Owners manual says to replace every 7500 miles, it's only been about 4000, so I was taken back by technician's recommendation.
