Yes the last couple of times from the phone call to the day my apt was made I was helped by Stacey keen, my experiences from her were very satisfying due to her knowledge and putting me at ease, she was very professional and easy to converse with, she is a great attribute to the company and service department so I felt the need to share this information with the company. I am extremely unhappy that I had to bring my vehicle back in 8 days after a major recommended service was done to my vehicle. I had a fuel inductuon and throttle body cleaning done and coincidently my intake needed replaced after wards. I feel like my car wwas sabotaged and i was scammed. I had just paid over $200 for a delealer recommended service and then had to pay over $1000 to get it repaired. I feel like the cost of the repairs should have been covered by Kia.
