She was awesome. I didn’t have an appointment but she was very helpful and I was done in half the time she estimated. She went over the service and made me feel like she really cared. You definitely have a customer.

Brenda was great and very helpful. The only complaint I have was my car service display was still saying I was past due on my service and I did not get a follow up sticker letting me know when I bring my car back in.

Yes. Completely satisfied. Came into the service center with no appointment. I had a very busy schedule for that day. Had an oil change and car wash done in 90 minutes. Great service !!!

Brenda is a great customer service person she should be employee of the month..it's nice to have a woman who's knowledgeable take care of you in a place where most women feel vulnerable because it's basically a man's world...she does a great job
