There was no one there to receive clients when they arrived. I don’t mind the wait if I have been acknowledged but I can say that since the move to this facility it has been a less than stellar intake process. Stacey Keen did a great job! She was all business with no pressure. She kept us informed and made the experience a quality one. I appreciate Stacey and her effort on behalf of my family. Keep up the great service Stacey.

Although the service provided was excellent again, I was disappointed in the required service when I arrived. I made my appointment for 60,000 miles and was told it was $169. When I arrived, I was told the cost was over $500. I do not blame Benda for this, but there needs to be additional training to coordinate quotes.
