There was confusion around the appointment and I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes just for a prescheduled appointment for an oil change. They tried to charge me for the free service and that had to get resolved. Also even though they ran my car through a car wash somewhere, the car had water all over it and in the wind, was dirtier when I picked it up then when I dropped it off as I had just had it cleaned and dried. It was disappointing for our first time using the service department at this Kia.

For the second time my car was not washed, although told to come back this should be done. I would think that the mechanics have nothing to do with washing the car?
Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. Four customers came in after me and left before me. And I had an appointment. I thought it was excessive for the minor work that was done.
Stacey was absolutely wonderful . I usually am pretty laid back not hard to please, but I stood there waiting to check in as I was waiting I'm watching an older gentleman who work the service part cursing after a phone call. Everyone has bad days but the language used was a tad unprofessional. It always seems like everyone is stress and it shows in service. Again Stacey has been wonderful, Andy Pattinson is wonderful and Michael I think but there are 2 guys that are always rude. It's not the first time. I shouldn't have to sit there and be ignored and have to see an angry employee loose his cool and say "What the ****" . Then for the 3rd time I get my paperwork back and it states that my car was washed and it was not. Stacey reassured me that i can totally bring it in and they would wash it. The previous time I was told it was not available then a customer that showed up right after me was told your car is washed and ready to go. I didn't feel that was right at all . The 2 really rude service guys need to remember your working with the public . I work with the public so I do understand you have bad days but you are to never take it out on the customer. Again Stacey is very nice and was very professional.
