I always come in and see William to have my car for service he's a very thorough polite gentleman. He will let you know what's going on with your vehicle what needs to be fixes. The options they have their KIA financing to help you pay for anything that you can't afford. This gentleman knows his job that's why I always come back to see William keep up the good work. 5 STARS IN MY BOOK

I have a warranty that allows me to get a rental vehicle and I never was given one assisted in that regard until I brought it up after Kia had my vehicle for 3 days. Then I go to the Hertz rental the day before I get my vehicle returned to me and Hertz tells me I have to give them a $50.00 dollar deposit that valley Kia never told me about. Why am I paying for an extended warranty that gives me a free rental if valley Kia is working on my personal vehicle. Then it took valley Kia 2 day to figure out why the engine light was on in my vehicle. So I was out of a vehicle for three days and they made a mistake and overcharge my credit card when I went to pay to receive my vehicle. It was a horrible experience and I would never buy a vehicle from valley Kia again. People go to the Nissan dealer
