Brenda was very attentive from the minute I walked in the door. She kept me updated on the progress with my vehicle, and came to me personally when my vehicle was done, explained everything they had done, asked me if I had any questions, suggested further service 60k, and delivered my vehicle to me clean, and with a smile. She's a good one!
