Service is always on point with Kia. My only concern is I have been waiting on a software upgrade since February of this year and I believe Stacy had to re-order. Hoping to get this completed soon in my new Jia Stinger.

Brought my Kia in for basic service all was fine with that, however check engine light came on within one day of having car serviced and was told it would be 3 eeeks before they could get to it. Was told they were way behind in diagnostics. Thank God the light went out but still concerned why it went on in the first place. 3 weeks is not acceptable to have a vehicle that is still well under warranty, checked out.
