Was told my deductible was going to be waved and when I showed up to pick up my vehicle was told I had to pay it on top of having my car for 3 weeks. Then go to get in my car and the gas tank was empty and there was more than a 1/2 tank when I dropped it off. Still not happy and don’t plan on returning for any service will take my business elsewhere

Brenda Serrano took care of me since the first day I walked in the dealer and started off with making an appointment for my vehicle to get checked because I had a rattling noise coming from my steering wheel. Great experience, I take my car to the Victorville Kia because the service and customer service is always so much better than the dealership near me. I was gonna have to wait 3 weeks to get a recall appointment and I only had to wait a week.
