I didn’t have a good experience at all. I felt attacked by the service manager and one of the technicians, jumping to conclusions about what happened with my car. I still don’t feel that the problem is solved and I am just waiting for the next break down. I’m considering talking to the bureau of automotive repair, because I don’t feel that they are addressing the true issue. Not to mention the men I’ve encountered there other than Andy, assistant service part manager, talking down to me as if I know nothing about my own vehicle

Brenda was great but the actual service was bad as usual. Tires were filled to 40 lbs paperwork said 32. The ware of the tires was marked the same but my front are brand new. Plus you guys charge labor for more time than it took. No happy at all!!

Brenda is very competent and has a great personality for what can be a high pressure position. I'm very happy with the time frame she predicted and the fact that my Kia was ready before I expected. She was extremely professional and polite.

As expected, my service appointment at Valley High KIA was without unexpected surprises. From beginning to end I was treated courteously. The Service Advisor, Stacey, always makes certain everything is done that was requested and has good information of services needed for the next visit. Stacey also makes sure to check if things that need attention are covered by the warranty when it’s applicable. The vehicle is nearing its 100,000 mile mark and I will continue to go to Valley High because everyone involved is making sure my ride is in impeccable order.
